• Pesquera Taboguilla, S.A (PTSA):  Puerto Caimito, Veracruz and Taboguilla Island.

PTSA operates a fleet of four RSW purse-seine fishing vessels in the Gulf of Panama. In partnership with Promarina S.A., we market the "Las Perlas" brand, RS-certified sardine fishmeal to several international markets. ​

PTSA operates a fishoil tank farm including a deep-sea pier in the Island of Taboguilla, at the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal, from where we export fishoil in bulk tankers, mainly to European destinations. PTSA is a GMP+ certified company.

• Central Pacific Protein Corp (CPPC): Puerto Caimito and Veracruz. 

CPPC operates one RSW purse-seine fishing vessel and packs its production under the "Las Perlas" brand.

CPPC operates a fishmeal warehouse and a packing plant.
