Manufacturing capacity of 80 metric tons per hour, consisting of processing fresh whole-fish caught by our fleet in fishing grounds less than 5 hours from the plant.
Main species: Pacific sardine (cetengrailius mysticetus) and herring (ophistonema libertate)
Fishing season: February / November.
Products: Fishmeal, marketed under 'Las Perlas' and 'Oceano Pacifico' brands.
